The product (which I have bought before) is great. The only negative comment I have is that the stainless steel screws supplied, although great to look at, are very soft, so any slip of the screwdriver leads to immediate stripping of the screw head.

This company is a very pleasant company to deal with and kept me informed with schedule for delivery. This handrail looks very professional and was easy to fit. All done within a week a week of placing the order. The handrail is of good quality and very strong. The driver that delivered the banister was very friendly and happy to carry it into our living room, as only my wife was in to accept the delivery. Overall, one very satisfied customer. Excellent!
