At S3i, we recently had the pleasure of working with The Mayflower at Austerfield to enhance their outdoor seating area upon its reopening.

Opting for a bespoke solution, we designed and supplied a tailored solution to suit the style and layout of the venue.

The main feature of the installation is a set of bespoke 38mm stainless steel posts, which support the festoon lighting across the patio.

These posts were fitted with a combination of Eye Bolts and Carabiners to secure the stainless steel cables.

To ensure stability, posts have been braced using a modified version of our Tensioned Trellis System. Fixed directly to the existing walls, they provide strong yet discreet support. The result is a warm inviting space that is perfect for socialising.
