Each wire rope assembly is made to your dimensions and consists of:

  • One length of 1x19 stainless steel wire rope
  • Two architectural adjuster forks - one right hand and one left
  • Two double headed clevis pins
  • Two architectural lock nuts - one right hand and one left
  • Two swage threaded studs - one right hand and one left

Please provide us with the PIN CENTRE to PIN CENTRE cable assembly measurements.

Technical

Fork Dimensions

Dimensions of the forks for each end of the wire rope assembly . You may need these dimensions to aid in specifying the type of eye or lug attachment.

All in 316 Marine Grade stainless steel.

Architectural Fork Dimensions

All threads are precision forged or cut to BS3643 part 1 & 2 and BS1580 part 1 & 2.

Free from structural welds which may reduce the strength and integrity of the product.

Adjuster forks from size 5/8" unf have Aluminium Bronze threads to prevent threads seizing during operation.

Larger sizes and metric threads available by request.
