COVID-19 Information:We are still dispatching online orders during the current lockdown, however please allow additional time (approx 24 hours) for orders to be dispatched. Due to extraordinary demand on the carriage networks, whilst next working day delivery (from dispatch) is still happening in 99% of our orders, there are still the odd one or two that are taking an extra day or so to arrive. Our bespoke manufacturing side (balustrades, handrails, wire rope assemblies, etc) remains unaffected by Covid 19 with exception of various distancing measures in place and some staff working from home.
