International delivery information, charges and time scales
Christmas Opening and Dispatch Schedule:
Our last shipping date for this year will be
Wednesday 20th December, 2023.
The S3i office will be closing for Christmas at
12.00pm on Thursday 21st December, 2023.
We will be back to take your calls on
Tuesday 2nd January, 2024.
On-line orders can be placed over the Christmas period. Please note orders will not start to be processed until 02/01/2024.
Due to the festive period, made-to-order products such as handrails and balustrade posts ordered after 12th December are unlikely to be delivered until the New Year.

Package Lengths Over 1.1 Metres And Exceptional Circumstances
We are unable to ship packages over 1.1 metres in length internationally. Please contact us on +44 1302 752 504 or email us and we may be able to find a solution.
Please be aware, that for logistical and legal reasons, not everything we sell is eligible for international delivery.
The Small Print
Unfortunately you may be responsible for any custom charges imposed in your country. We cannot predict what these might be so you may be better contacting your local customs office to find out more.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to amend these delivery charges in circumstances where it becomes uneconomical due to weight or unusual size. However, we expect this to be a rare occurrence.
