Returns and replacements

No Quibble Refunds...

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days after date of delivery.

Any returned goods MUST reach us in the original packaging and in a saleable condition.

We will provide you with a full refund (excluding delivery charges) within 30 days of receiving the goods back to our warehouse.

Any faulty items must be notified to us within 14 days after date of delivery. A replacement will be issued.

Any shortages or mistakes with your order must be notified to us within 14 days after date of delivery.

We Won't Refund...

We cannot replace damaged or used items.

We cannot refund any bespoke assembly.*

*This includes (but not limited to) made-to-measure cable assemblies, cut-to-length products or any item of made-to-order bespoke manufacture or fabrication.
