Commonly used in marine rigging systems, particularly in sailing applications.
Specially designed to mate with turnbuckle forks to provide full articulation
Recommended that a bar toggle be used with all turnbuckle forks.
Machined from solid stainless steel and free from any structural welds which may reduce the strength and integrity of the product.
Available in pin diameter sizes from 1/4" (6.2mm) to 1 1/38" (34.6mm).
Consists of three main components:
Eye: The eye is designed to be connected to a fixed point on the boat's mast, chain plate, or other structural element using a pin, bolt, or shackle.
Jaw/Fork: The jaw is designed to be connected to a rigging turnbuckle or other tensioning device using a pin.
Pin/Bar: Designed to pivot freely, allowing the toggle to articulate and accommodate angular movement in the rigging system.
