Tube fixing cross bar holder designed to meet and hold 12mm stainless steel bars as balustrade infill.
Options of 304 (interior) grade and 316 (exterior) grade stainless steel available, to a superb brushed 320 grit satin finish.
Available to mount on either 42.4mm or 48.3mm diameter tube.
Simple to install using a drill, M6 x 25 countersunk hex head screw and hex key.
Fixings
M6x25 Countersunk Hex Head Screw for installation to stainless steel post.
Use of a Hex Head Key is required for installation.
Cross Bar Installation
 Mark hole position on post. A small piece of masking tape will help with this. Drill 5mm diameter hole. |
 Tap the 5mm hole with a M6 tap. |
 Fix cross bar holder to the post with M6 countersunk screw. |
 Tighten with hex head key. |
 Insert rod into cross bar holder. |
 Secure with grub screw using hex head key. |
