Tensioned Wire Balustrade

A new build show home with roadside timber baluster posts using a custom made stainless steel balustrade wire assembly.

The balustrade railing wires have provided additional safety whilst maintaining the view.

The tensioned wire will add strength and stability to the timber baluster posts.

Stainless steel wire offers incredible flexibility - see how the wire has flexed to suit the gradient above.

Note how the wire has been passed through the mid baluster posts in one continuous run. This is not only aesthetic but also reduces the number of cables required.

The wire assembly is manufactured from 316 (Marine) Grade stainless steel, therefore would be perfect for coastal environments.
