Fixings :
M8 x 40mm Countersunk Hexagon Head Screw required for installation of bracket.
Two M5 x 20mm Countersunk Hexagon Head Screws required for attachment of flat top rail.
Installation Example
Below is an example of bracket installation onto a square profile stainless steel balustrade post.
Before starting we recommend marking the bracket position on the post, drill and tap a M8 hole.
1: Using a hex head key loosen the grub screw on the underside of the bracket and remove the mounting adaptor.
2: Secure the mounting adaptor to the post using a M8 x 40mm countersunk screw.
3: Replace and position the bracket onto the mounting adaptor, tighten the grub screw to secure bracket in place.
4: You can secure handrail using two M5 x 20mm countersunk screws (Handrails will require drilling and tapping).
Powder Coating?
We can now powder coat handrail brackets to any given RAL colour of your choice.
