Delivery Charge Update
As a small family business, we've always prided ourselves on providing affordable and reliable delivery services to our customers. However, due to recent changes in the market, we have found ourselves in a difficult position where we have had to reluctantly increase our delivery charges.
This decision has not been taken lightly, and we understand that it may be unwelcome news for our customers. However, we would like to explain the reasons behind our decision.
First and foremost, the cost of shipping and handling has risen sharply in recent months. Due to the increased demand for ecommerce delivery services, carriers and shipping companies have been experiencing capacity constraints and supply chain disruptions, resulting in higher costs.
Additionally, rising fuel prices have further added to the cost of transportation, which has impacted our shipping fees.
We want to assure our customers that we've kept our price increase as low as possible, and we remain dedicated to providing high-quality service at a reasonable cost.
We take pride in providing personal and caring service to our customers. We're committed to ensuring that you receive your orders quickly and efficiently, and we'll continue to do our best to make that happen.
