Hinge Installation Advice
You will need a few simple household tools for a quick and easy installation: A Drill, Tape Measure, Pencil, Screwdriver and Screw Fixings.
We have used no.6 size countersunk cross head screws,
Choose your Countersunk Screws to suit the depth of mounting surface.
Step 1:
Remove the cover caps from the hinge.
Step 2:
Using a tape measure and pencil, mark the centre points of the fixing holes of your hinge.
Drill countersunk pilot holes to accept your screw fixings and fasten your hinge into place with the fixings of your choice.
Ensure that all countersunk screw fixings are flush with the hinge surface, providing a flat surface for the hinge cover plates.
Step 3:
Simply remove the adhesive cover on the back of the hinge cover plate.
Step 4:
Replace the hinge cover plate and press firmly into position.
