Angle adjustable base flange for perfect vertical baluster post alignment on balustrade stairways and inclines.
Offering angle adjustment of +45 to -45 degrees.
Base plate designed for fixing onto concrete and solid floors with M10 x 85mm Anchor Bolts (available separately).
Suitable for timber mounting.
Posts are attached using a high strength stainless steel adhesive, simply glue and insert into your tube to create a strong connection.
Available for 42.4mm and 48.3mm diameter tube from our modular balustrade range.
Choice of 304 grade stainless steel for internal and 316 grade stainless steel for external projects.
Suitable for tube with 2mm wall thickness.
Tube connector with a high quality brushed 320 grit satin finish.
Installation Advice
Tip: Before starting, disassemble you base flange.
1. Attach base plate to fixing surface with M10 x 85mm Anchor Bolts (not supplied).
2. Attach foot of flange to base plate and secure in place.
3. Apply small amount of stainless steel adhesive.
4. Attach adjustable stem and tighten in to desired position.
5. Apply high strength Stainless Steel Adhesive to tube insert and push baluster post in place.
