Long glass door hinge produced from 304 grade stainless steel in high quality polished chrome design.

The chrome finish is highly polished stainless steel. In order to achieve the desired high gloss, material is polished in several passes, ensuring the surface is like a mirror.

Suitable for glass thickness of 6.38mm, 6.76mm, 8mm, 8.38mm, 8.76mm, 9.52mm and 10mm.

Maximum loading of 50kg.

Two hinges suitable for door widths up to 1200mm wide.

Three hinges recommended for door widths up to 1250mm wide.

For internal doors only.

Note: Glass door hinges are sold individually.

Important:

Laminated and toughened glass will require professional drilling at manufacture stage.

How Do I Dismantle My Hinge?

*Example below shows stainless steel finish hinge.

Unscrew the grub screw to release the cover

1. Using the hex head key supplied unscrew the grub screw to release the cover.

Unscrew the inner screws to remove the glass clamp cover

2. Unscrew the two inner screws to remove the inner glass clamp cover. Always place rubbers both sides of glass for a secure fixing.

To put back together simply repeat this process in reverse.
